NAMA Fund Scholarship Program is a strategic collaboration between NAMA Foundation and Globerse to provide education funding and holistic student development. Through scholarship management, mentoring, and personal development programs, the initiative empowers students to achieve academic success and prepare for future challenges.

Background: Strengthening Partnership Towards Greater Impact

The collaboration between NAMA Fund Indonesia (NAMA Foundation) and Globerse has been strongly established since 2018. The Batch 7 project, which started in February 2025, serves as evidence of Globerse’s consistency in providing transparent and accountable scholarship management solutions.

In this cohort, the focus of the collaboration has expanded to attract the best talents not only at the local level but also internationally. As the managing agency, Globerse is responsible for ensuring that every scholarship recipient receives well-organized administrative support as well as a self-development curriculum that is relevant to current challenges./'

Program: International Standard Scholarship Management

The NAMA Fund Batch 7 Program is designed as a convertible loan project that integrates university funding with a character development program. Globerse implements several key pillars in Scholarship Management:

Massive Selection and Outreach System: Globerse conducted 15 outreach sessions through school roadshows, webinars, and social media platforms to attract the interest of the best candidates. The selection process was carried out in stages (multi-batch) to maintain high-quality standards.

Next Development Program (NDP): A development curriculum that equips students with soft skills, hard skills, and professional attitudes to prepare them for post-university challenges.

Monthly Coaching & Orientation Camp: Regular monthly guidance sessions to help students navigate early academic challenges, starting with a dynamic Orientation Camp designed to build team bonding and students’ self-awareness.

Results and Impact: Strong Initial Achievements

Although this project is planned to continue until 2029, the initial implementation phase by Globerse has recorded very positive results:

Maximum Participation: Student participation rate across the entire development program reached 100%.

Excellent Learning Quality: Students achieved an average score of 80 out of 100 in each self-development module provided.

High Participant Satisfaction: Based on evaluations, the Orientation Camp program received an Excellent rating, while the Coaching and NDP programs were rated Very Good by the beneficiaries.

Student Testimonials: Awardees reported that Globerse’s mentoring sessions greatly helped them explore their potential and navigate early academic challenges during their university journey.

The successful management of NAMA Fund Batch 7 in its initial stage further strengthens Globerse’s position as a trusted partner in managing education funding and human resource development programs.

We believe that with the right management system, scholarship programs can be transformed into catalysts for change for the next generation.
