InTake Scholarship is a comprehensive development program by UPZ Telkom and Globerse that combines financial support with personal development, mentoring, and leadership training. The program empowers young talents to grow academically, professionally, and socially to create meaningful impact.
In a rapidly changing world, formal education alone is often not enough to prepare young people to face complex economic and social challenges. A platform is needed to transform potential into real action. This spirit became the foundation for the establishment of InTake Scholarship (Intelektual Telkom Akademi), a comprehensive personal development initiative.
Synergy for Positive Impact
The InTake Scholarship Program is not only a financial support program, but also a commitment to continuous development and guidance. The name “INTAKE” represents the spirit of taking action and becoming the starting point for creating positive change.
This project is a strategic collaboration between UPZ Telkom and Globerse (formerly Rekanesia), supported by Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom.
The main objective of this program is to prepare young people to become social and economic contributors for their families and communities. Together with UPZ Telkom, Globerse designed a curriculum that develops core values such as Trustworthiness, Competence, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptability, Collaboration, Integrity, Initiative, and Contribution.
Personalized and Holistic Curriculum
To achieve this vision, Globerse implemented various programs focusing on intellectual, professional, and spiritual development:
Monthly Regular Program
Participants joined Expert Talks featuring professionals from various fields, including BUMN practitioners and government ministry analysts, to expand their professional knowledge and insights.
In addition, the program included Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur’an (TTA) sessions to support participants in maintaining their spiritual growth alongside their academic responsibilities.
Mentoring & Coaching
The development process was carried out through intensive monthly mentoring groups to build a growth mindset and improve participants’ communication skills.
Beyond group mentoring, Globerse also provided 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions to give personalized feedback and guidance based on each participant’s goals and action plans.
Lead United 2024
An offline event with the theme “Narratives of Kindness for Indonesia”, where awardees developed their personal branding through LinkedIn and CV optimization, while also participating in real social impact activities.

Through CV reviews and interview simulations, many participants are now better prepared to enter the professional world, including opportunities in state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
Character Transformation
The TTA Program received a perfect satisfaction score (10/10) from participants, showing its positive impact on their spiritual development.
A Dynamic Growth Platform
The program also emphasizes the importance of connection and solidarity through Regional Bonding Activities in Jakarta and Bandung. These activities allow participants to exchange stories, experiences, and inspiration beyond formal learning sessions.
One awardee shared that the program helped them discover their potential and transform from an ordinary individual into someone who is more optimistic and confident in facing the future.
The success of InTake Scholarship proves that strong collaboration between philanthropic institutions such as UPZ Telkom and capable implementation partners like Globerse can create an impactful growth ecosystem for young generations.
Globerse is committed to continuously delivering impactful human development solutions and program management services. We believe that every hope for change, when supported with the right guidance and development system, can create inspiring future leaders.
Let’s collaborate with Globerse to create the next narrative of positive impact for Indonesia.
