INSTARTER PROGRAM

In today’s competitive world, organizations need more than academically talented individuals. They need future leaders with strong character, clear vision, adaptability, and the ability to create meaningful impact.

The Alchemy of Action is an intensive leadership development journey initiated by Globerse and ParagonCorp, with support from Rumah Kepemimpinan, to empower Indonesian university students through holistic personal development, global exposure, and real-world experiences.

This program is designed not only as a scholarship initiative, but as a talent development ecosystem that nurtures high-potential students into future changemakers.

Through a combination of leadership training, character building, mentoring, and digital learning support, the program provides students from diverse backgrounds with opportunities to strengthen their skills, develop their mindset, and prepare for future challenges.

Globerse developed INSTARTER as an intensive personal development program consisting of four key learning experiences:

Mentoring & Coaching Participants receive guidance through expert mentoring, group coaching, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to support their personal growth and future goals.

Global Skill Development Through Business English Classes and the Global Business Challenge (GBC), participants develop global competencies by presenting ideas and collaborating with international partners from countries such as Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Real-World Impact Experience Through the Indonesia Roadshow Challenge, participants directly engage with communities across Indonesia to spread positive messages and create meaningful social impact.

Digital Learning Ecosystem To support continuous growth, Globerse provides a digital ecosystem including a Leadership Tracker Dashboard, E-Learning System, and Talent Directory to monitor progress and maintain alumni connections

The first batch of the program demonstrated significant achievements:

90% of awardees developed productive habits and clearer future goals through structured personal development. Participants achieved more than 350 accomplishments, including achievements at international competitions hosted by institutions such as Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Tokyo University. Many alumni successfully entered the workforce (34.6%), gained internship opportunities at leading companies such as Astra International, or continued their higher education journey (11.5%). The Indonesia Roadshow Challenge reached more than 5,000 beneficiaries, creating positive impact across communities in Indonesia.

Based on the evaluation of Batch 1, Globerse continues to improve the program in Batch 2 through:

Clearer Career Direction — Supporting participants to grow as impactful entrepreneurs or high-performing professionals. Personalized Development — Strengthening individual coaching and supervision to closely support participants’ leadership growth. Global Expansion — Expanding international collaboration opportunities through partners such as NAMA Foundation and SeedLab. Lasting Legacy — Creating an anthology book titled “The Alchemy of Action: Turning Nothing Into Everything”, featuring 77 inspiring stories from participants’ transformation journeys.
