INSIGHT Program is a character and leadership development initiative by Globerse and Nurul Fikri Islamic School that combines Islamic values, mentoring, and technology-based learning. The program empowers students to build strong character, leadership skills, and positive daily habits.
Addressing Leadership Challenges in the Disruptive Era
In today’s fast-moving digital era, character education is no longer just an additional element, but a fundamental foundation for the younger generation. Nurul Fikri Islamic School understands that developing future leaders with strong integrity requires a learning approach that is adaptive, interactive, and relevant to teenagers’ lives.
Recognizing the importance of innovation in character education, a strategic collaboration was established between Nurul Fikri Islamic School and Globerse (formerly known as Rekanesia). The main focus of this collaboration is to optimize the Islamic Sharing and Gathering Time (INSIGHT) program, transforming it from a regular religious activity into a comprehensive development platform that nurtures SMART Leaders: Sholeh (Pious), Muslih (Beneficial), Mandiri (Independent), Cerdas (Smart), Terampil (Skilled), and strong Leadership values.
Technology-Based Personalized Mentoring
The INSIGHT Program is designed with a small-group mentoring approach, now consisting of only 10–12 students per group to ensure stronger emotional connections and more effective guidance.
Through a structured curriculum, young mentors from Globerse support students throughout their spiritual growth and personal development journey.
Technology plays an important role in improving program efficiency through the bpinf.id platform. Through this platform, students’ behavioral development is recorded in real-time using behavior checklists and spiritual journey tracking, which are then summarized into a transparent INSIGHT Report for schools and parents.
Third-Year Innovation: Strengthening the Unique Value of Globerse
Entering the third year of collaboration, Globerse introduced significant transformations that became unique strengths of the INSIGHT Program compared to conventional mentoring methods:
INSIGHT Combined Sessions
To reduce learning fatigue, Globerse introduced larger cross-group sessions focusing on important topics such as “Adab & Respect” and “Aurat & Interaction with the Opposite Gender.”
These sessions are designed with reflective and interactive approaches, allowing students to openly discuss sensitive topics in a comfortable learning environment.
National Leadership Camp (NLC) 2025
Globerse provided students with opportunities to experience national-level leadership exposure. Through this program, students interacted directly with influential figures such as the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and young CEOs to develop a practical growth mindset.
AI Feature “Tanya Amir” & Achievement Intervention
Globerse integrated an AI assistant called Amir into the dashboard to help students access information instantly.
In addition, the new Achievement Intervention Feature was introduced to systematically monitor and support students’ talents and competition achievements.
Creative Da’wah Project
Students are encouraged to create real contributions, from digital da’wah content to social initiatives such as “Sedekah Bareng,” transforming theoretical learning into meaningful actions.
Measurable Real Impact
The success of this collaboration is reflected through data and authentic testimonials from participants during the 2025–2026 period:
